When will my order be shipped?
We have a processing time of 1-3 days to quality-check and package your items before they are shipped.
You will always receive an automatic order confirmation once your order is placed, along with an email containing delivery information when your package is shipped. If you do not find it in your inbox, please check your spam folder or other folders besides your primary inbox.
You can use the tracking number to monitor the route of your order using our tracking pages.
When can I expect to recieve my order?
We have a processing time of 1-3 days to quality check and package your items before they are shipped.
After the quality check and packaging, your package will be sent with trackable delivery and is estimated to arrive within 3-7 business days.

How do I return my product?
We accept returns on all our products. To obtain a refund, please return the item to us by mail within 14 days of receipt. Ensure the order number is clearly marked both on the outside and inside of the package.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

What happens if I dont pick up my parcel from the post office?
Unclaimed goods will be returned to us. For any unclaimed packages, we reserve the right to charge you for return shipping and handling fees, currently set at 29.99 GBP. If the cost of the product is less than 29.99 GBP, we reserve the right to retain the full purchase amount.
What if I recieved wrong or broken product?
