Fyndfy offers Free Trackable Shipping on all our products.

We have partnerships with Royal Mail, DHL Express, FedEx, DPD, and many more shipping companies to make our deliveries as fast and smooth as possible.

You will always receive an automatic order confirmation once the order has been placed, as well as an email with delivery information once the parcel has been sent. If you can't find it in your inbox, please check your spam folder or folders other than your primary inbox.

You can use the tracking number to monitor your order's route using our Tracking pages.

Your parcel will be delivered to your letterbox or door, if for any reason it is not possible to deliver your parcel, the parcel will be left at your nearest postal outlet and you will be notified by email or text message.

We have a processing time of 1-3 days to quality check and package your goods before dispatch.

After quality control and packaging, your parcel will be sent by trackable delivery with an estimated delivery time of 3-7 working days.

All our products are packed and shipped directly from our own warehouse. This way we can offer you as a customer the best products at the most favourable prices.

Please allow up to 20 working days before contacting customer service regarding a missing order.

Orders will be processed in accordance with the terms of sale.

We cannot change the delivery address for orders that have already been dispatched.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If a product/shipment is damaged in transit, this must be reported to the carrier as soon as possible, normally via the delivery point/distributor. In the case of externally visible damage, this must be reported upon receipt; hidden damage must be reported within 5 days of receipt. Failure to report transport damage within this time forfeits the right to complain about the product, as it cannot be proven afterwards how the damage occurred.
