Returns policy

Our policy is valid for 14 days. If it has been 14 days since your parcel was delivered, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

The following items are excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned:

- Underwear such as bras, panties, underpants, briefs and compression garments/bodys that have been tried on or opened. These items cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.

You always have a 14-day right of cancellation in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. This means that you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying us within 14 days of you or an agent of yours receiving the ordered goods (the cancellation period).

The goods must be returned to us as soon as possible, and you as the customer are responsible for ensuring that the return is received by us no later than 14 days from the date you notified us that you exercised your right of cancellation. The goods must be sent well packaged, in good condition and in the original box.

To finalise your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the sender.

When using our bulk discount, if you return one or more of the products, the discount will expire. This will be settled before we send a refund to you as a customer.

Example.

You buy 5 products and get a 15% discount. You return 2 of these products. The 15% discount no longer applies to the purchase and the refund is automatically settled before we refund you.
You cannot buy 5 items to get the discount and then return 1 of the products. This will make the discount disappear.

Refunds
Once your return is received and authorised, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 working days and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
We only exchange goods if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us via support@Fyndfy.com

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. You as a customer always pay for the return back to us.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you send us a return, we recommend that you use a trackable shipping option. You are responsible for the item until it reaches us, including during transport. Products sent against cash on delivery or with a collection fee are not accepted by Fyndfy. To ensure assistance with a return, we recommend that you keep the receipt as well as the tracking number in case your parcel is lost, as we cannot assist you with a refund without this information.

Uncollected parcels:
Uncollected items will be returned to us. For all unclaimed parcels, we reserve the right to charge you the cost of return shipping, handling fee and handling fee, currently 29.9 GBP. NOTE! For larger orders, this sum may be more. If the cost of the product does not exceed 29.9 GBP, we reserve the right to keep the full amount of the purchase.

Complaints

We at Fyndfy are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and delivering high quality products. If for any reason you need to make a complaint about a product, please follow the process below.

Fyndfy complies with the Consumer Sales Act and provides a three-year right of complaint to you as a private customer. As a consumer, you have a legal right to complain for up to three years from the purchase, but within a reasonable time (two months) from the discovery of a fault. Complaints can be made by contacting our customer service at Fyndfy.

Please be prepared to provide relevant information so that we can handle your complaint.
In the event of a complaint, Fyndfy is responsible for the shipping costs including any replacement delivery. Therefore, it is important to use the shipping documents sent from Fyndfy. If you choose to pay for the shipping and how the product is sent back to us, you are also responsible for the product until it reaches us, including during transport. The product(s) returned against cash on delivery or cash on delivery will not be cancelled by Fyndfy.

For the product to be considered faulty, the fault must be original. An original fault is a fault that was already present when you bought or received the product.
The fault does not have to be immediately apparent. It can be an original defect even if the defect becomes apparent after some time.
The product is not considered faulty if you caused the fault yourself, for example by using it incorrectly.
